Google Drive Data Access

When you use our Service to access Google Drive data, we will request read-only access to your Google Drive. This means we can view and download your files but cannot edit or delete them. The data accessed from Google Drive will be used solely to provide the functionality of our Service and will not be shared with any third party unless required by law.

Google Workspace API Usage

As part of our commitment to privacy, we confirm that any access to Google Workspace APIs, including Google Drive, is strictly limited to providing the functionality of our Service. Data accessed through these APIs is used solely to deliver and enhance the user experience, ensuring your files remain private and secure. Importantly, we do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. This data is not shared with any third-party services for purposes beyond providing the Service unless required by law.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to user's name, email address, gender, location, and pictures. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain the files downloaded from your Google Drive to our backend while they are necessary for providing the services of Action Portal. If you choose to disconnect your Google Drive from Action Portal, all files that were downloaded from your Drive will be immediately deleted from our servers. Additionally, if you deselect any folder from your Drive, the files from that folder will no longer be accessed by Action Portal. You will be given the option to delete the context and data related to that folder. If you choose to delete, all associated files will be removed from our system.
